How do I place an order?We are currently working on tweaking and fixing the website and we apologise in advance as we are not able to accept payment through the website at the moment. To place an order, please follow these steps:- 1. Send a snapshot of your shopping cart to the chat box by clicking on the 'Chat Button' on the bottom of the page. 2. How do I make payment?We prefer online transfer at the moment. Please see below for our bank details: Bank : Malayan Banking Berhad Account Name: Pret-a-porter Co. Account No.: 5100 13618 458 On site Credit or Debit Card payment (for orders eligible for delivery) is available on a case to case basis. We accept Paypal for international orders.

Do you ship throughout the country and other parts of the world?Yes. We ship nationwide and worldwide. For more information, kindly refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you ship or deliver during the MCO?Yes we do, but do expect delays for shipping. Shipping & Delivery during Covid-19 pandemic Our country, Malaysia, has been put under a Movement Control Order due to the Covid-19 pandemic. With the health and safety of our staffs and the frontliners involved in mind, we will be sending out items for shipping as well as delivery once a week during the MCO. We will ship your purchase to you during this period with our chosen courier service, however shipment duration may be longer than expected. Depending on your shipping address, delivery can be arranged. Alternatively, you can also choose to pick up the item from the store when we reopen. We appreciate your understanding in any delay and inconveniences caused during this period.

Do you have a size guide?Most of our products are handpicked from different sources, therefore we are not able to provide a universal size guide for all products. Drop us a message here or at the chat box and we'll try our best to find the size that fits you.

The item or the size I want is out of stock, can you restock?"Yes. Restock is possible depending on the item. Most of our collections come in limited pieces. We hope to keep the pieces unique, so it's not uncommon if that dress you like only comes in one size, because thats the only piece in the store! If you wish to order an item, ask us here. If we are able to make special restock arrangement for you, item will usually take 4 -10 days* to arrive at our store. *This is standard time for Urgent Shipping, non- urgent shipping usually take about 30days. As shippings are mostly delayed or temporarily unavailable from our suppliers due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, we are not able to guarantee shipping time at the moment.
